SHIPPING

After payment, we will normally prepare and ship the item within 3-5 working days. Sometimes it may take 5-10 working days to ship due to excessive transaction volume. Abnormal situations will be notified by email as soon as possible. It will take 5-10 working days to arrive after the courier is dispatched. Usually there is no delay and comes with a tracking number.

After the order is shipped, we will send an email to the email address you provided when placing the order. You can click the link or check the relevant logistics and delivery status through the “Order Tracking” page. At the same time, you can also log in to Bluegisse’s official website account and check the logistics status in “My Order”.

Please check the relevant logistics and delivery status through the “Order Tracking” page first. If you are unable to check the delivery status, or have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us at email@bluegisse.com with your name and order number and we will investigate for you.

Bluegisse is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to the wrong address if a customer has provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please confirm your mailing details before placing an order.

If you wish to modify the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot make changes to orders that have already been shipped.

Items shipping internationally are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Bluegisse does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military address, or shipping forwarding locations.

Bluegisse temporarily does not provide cash on delivery service.
